I Eat What They Eat

We eat in social gatherings, such as weddings, a superbowl party, dining out with close friends, or at a happy hour with our coworkers. We eat with our families at the dinner table or in front of the TV. We eat between meetings at work in the break room, cafeteria, or at our desks. Eating is a daily activity for us all. Yet, what we eat can be drastically different depending on where we are and who we are with. Social settings, peer pressure, and expectations often are deeper drivers of our food choices than we would like to admit.
